Complete Buckeye Insulation Services, insulationbuckeye.com, office@insulationbuckeye.com

Accepting these terms

These terms apply when you use the Complete Buckeye Insulation Services website, contact us or hire us for insulation work. By using the site or booking a job with us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book work through it.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Complete Buckeye Insulation Services, and "you" means the person using the site or the homeowner or property owner we're working for. If a signed estimate, contract or work order for your job says something different from these terms, the signed document controls for that job.

What we do

We're an insulation contractor based in Buckeye, AZ, and we work in Buckeye and the cities around it. Our work includes attic, wall, crawl space and blown-in insulation, spray foam, air sealing, vapor barriers and insulation removal for homes and commercial buildings. You can read more about who we are on our About page, and the services we offer are listed on our home page.

What the site says about our services is general information, not a promise about your house. Every attic and crawl space is different, so the exact work, materials and method for your job are set in your estimate after we've looked at the space. The site isn't engineering, energy or legal advice.

Estimates and pricing

We give free on-site estimates, and there's no pressure to book. Your estimate describes the work we plan to do, the materials and the price, based on what we can see and reach during the visit.

An estimate is good for the period written on it. Prices can change after that because material costs change. If we find something during the job that we couldn't see before, such as wet or contaminated old insulation, damaged framing, pests or wiring that needs attention, we'll stop and tell you before doing extra work. Any added work and cost needs your approval first, in writing or by a message you send us.

Scheduling and cancellation

We schedule jobs in the order they're confirmed and give you a date and an arrival window. Weather, heat, material delivery and conditions at an earlier job can push a start date, and if that happens we'll call you as soon as we know and set a new date with you.

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work area on the scheduled day, including a clear path to the attic hatch or crawl space entry, and to keep children and pets away from the work area. Some foam products require you and your family to stay out of the house until the maker's re-entry time has passed, and we'll tell you before the job when that applies.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, call us at (602) 325-8993 as early as you can. If materials were ordered or prepared just for your job, you may be responsible for those costs as stated in your estimate or contract.

Payment

Payment is due as stated in your estimate, contract or invoice. If a deposit is required for your job, the estimate will say so and the work is scheduled once it's received.

If a payment is late, we may pause further work until the account is brought current. You're responsible for reasonable costs we incur to collect an unpaid balance, to the extent Arizona law allows.

Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover

We guarantee your satisfaction on every job. If something about our workmanship isn't right, call us and we'll come back and work with you to fix it. Any written warranty for your specific job will be stated in your contract, and material warranties come from the product maker, not from us.

Apart from what's written in your contract and the guarantee above, our services and this website are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise a specific drop in your power bill or a specific indoor temperature, because those depend on things outside our work, such as your cooling system, ductwork, windows, weather and how the house is used.

Our guarantee doesn't cover damage caused by roof leaks, plumbing leaks, pests, other contractors, changes you make after the job, or conditions we pointed out to you that you chose not to have corrected.

Limits on our liability

We're licensed and insured, and we're responsible for the work we do. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

We aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost use of the property, higher energy costs or damage from conditions that existed before we started and weren't part of our work. We also aren't liable for problems caused by your use of this website, links to other websites or any interruption of the site.

Settling a disagreement

If you're unhappy with our work or have a billing question, call us first at (602) 325-8993 or reach us through our Contact page. Most problems get settled with a conversation and a return visit, and we'd rather fix it than argue about it.

If we can't settle it that way within a reasonable time, either of us may pursue the matter in a court with jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless your signed contract names a different process such as mediation or arbitration.

Governing law

These terms and any job we do are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one in effect. Changes don't affect a job already under a signed estimate or contract, which stays under the terms in place when you signed.

If you have a question about these terms, call us at (602) 325-8993 or send a message through our Contact page. We're available Mon–Fri: 6 AM–10 PM, Sat–Sun: 7 AM–11 PM, and you can expect a reply within 1 business day.
